Dr. Kelbrina M. Davis leads the charge at Research Nation Global Inc. as the Director, providing over 25 years in the research administration arena. During her tenure at Arizona State University, from 2010 to 2020, she held roles at the departmental and central office levels (e.g., Research Manager and Grant and Contract Officer, Sr.). Her background consists of extensive grant proposal preparation, budgeting accounts management, managing and overseeing the administration of schoolwide research processes (pre- and post-award), training, educating, advising, and instructing faculty, staff, and students on grant administration processes, practices, and guidelines (e.g., university and sponsored). Her experience working and collaborating with highly proclaimed principal investigators, scientists, educators, and leaders in many scientific and educational specialty areas have landed proposals to awards with sponsors such as USAID, NIH, NSF, DOE, DOD, NASA, DOEd, and other, federal, state, and private sponsors.  Dr. Davis received her Ed.D. (2020) degree in Education and Leadership from Arizona State University. Her action research focused on designing, developing, and implementing an innovative resource called The Library for Research Administrators to better equip staff through successful training, development, and learning experiences. Dr. Davis continues to grow, expand, and develop her action research realizing there is a need for the library resource within the atmospheres and infrastructures of research administration arenas globally (e.g., universities and other educational facilities and research institutions).
